If wishing to order online, simply browse through our shop and select the products you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping basket.
Once you have completed your selection click on ‘pay now’ (or alternatively you can choose to checkout via PayPal). If you have already signed up for a Multimerce In Show account you simply enter your payment details and complete the order. If you are a new user then you can choose to set up an account by setting a password once you have placed your first order. Once you have continued to the payment method screen, we accept all major credit and debit cards.
We completely understand that not everyone wants to create accounts with websites or Paypal to place orders. By default, our website does not require you to have an account to checkout and complete your order. We only hold enough information to be able to deliver your order.
Alternatively, if you wish to pay via PayPal without an account, select Paypal on the shopping cart page. Once on the Paypal page, select ‘don’t have a Paypal account?’ and complete your order as a Paypal guest. This method means you don’t have to create a Paypal account, but you can place the order online using the Paypal secure servers.
Visit the contact us page and send us an email with your order number so that we can try and track down where your order got to. We will be in touch with you shortly afterwards to let you know what to do.
Provided the items you have purchased are in stock we will do our utmost to ensure that your order is shipped within 3 to 7 working days of order placement. We use Paypal order tracking to help notify you of your order shipping status – keep an eye on your account to see when your order is shipped

All product prices are in $ sterling and are exclusive of delivery. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Items with a previous price refer to prices the we have previously sold the same product. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
A wishlist allows shoppers to create personalized collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference. Wishlists signify a customer’s interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.
All goods returned must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Multimerce.com. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used, or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us, (unless the item is faulty).
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by delivery (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund on the cost of returning the goods, (unless the item is faulty).
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Multimerce.com. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
